ADESSO® AZP~0001 Fire Retardance Prepreg System

 

AZP~0001 series are a solvent-free epoxy resin system with excellent flame retardancy and heat resistance, suitable for manufacturing carbon or glass fiber prepregs. Coating or impregnation temperature of AZP~0001 is at 70 ± 2 ℃. Theprepreg has a useful life of more than 20 days at room temperature.

               ADESSO® APP~0003 Prepreg System

 

APP~0003 is a solvent~free epoxy resin system with excellent impact resistance, specially designed for manufacturing carbon or glass fiber prepregs. It can be used for fishing rod, bicycles, hockey sticks applications. Coating or impregnation temperature of APP~0003 is at 65 ± 2 ℃. Theprepreg has a useful life of more than 20 days at room temperature.

APP~0004 is a solvent~free epoxy resin system with excellent impact resistance, specially designed for manufacturing carbon or glass fiber prepregs. It can be used for fishing rod, bicycles, hockey sticks applications. Coating or impregnation temperature of APP~0004 is at 70 ± 2 ℃.The prepreg has a useful life of more than 20 days at room temperature.

              ADESSO® ARP~0001 Prepreg System

 

ARP~0001 is a solvent two~component based epoxy resin system with excellent impact resistance, specially designed for manufacturing carbon or glass fiber prepregs. It can be used for rackets, fishing rod, bats suitable for roller, continuous drying type machines. The prepreg has a useful life of more than 30 days at room temperature.

 

1. Usage

ARP~0001 is composed of A and B. Before using, shake A and B uniformly, then add component B into component A at the ratio and stir uniformly. The mass ratio of A and B is 100: 2.7, but it can also adjust the amount of component B according to the client needs.
